Yes. Watch some gameplay videos and you'll see just how bad it is. The spawning system is bad as well. saw a friend play it. when he spawns on road car spawns instantly, then a bear and then a wolverine, he rescued some dudes from the car and the bear mauled the prisoners lol.
Fc6's main campaign has a very average story. I agree with the companions take, although I like the chickens and how theres a minigame where you can literally fight chickens that look like ryu and ken from street fighter. Fc6 had a gun that shoots CDs and plays snippets of the macarena song. You can't beat that.
Most of Far Cry 5's enemies were the same model repeated over and over. Everything else I agree with, although FC6 clearly has superior Graphics it's world feels way more dull and empty; and that's saying a lot because FC5's world consists of muted colors like Grey and Brown.
The gunplay is extremely similar, if not a tad smoother in Far Cry 6, but they did take away the bullet drop mechanic from Far Cry 5 though, so you could argue it's less realistic. Like someone else mentioned there's a very strong emphasis on gun customization in Far Cry 6, and I really appreciated that. You have a bunch of different supremos
In Far Cry 3, enemies die almost immediately from around 1-3 bullets, anywhere on the body. In Far Cry 2 enemies could take anywhere from 1-10 shots depending on where you hit them, but at the same time, enemies also react in different ways. Shoot them in the hands and they drop their gun, in the legs and they fall to the ground.
Far Cry 6 has done everything better than/as good as every previous Far Cry. Some slight changes to 5's gunplay was kind of unnecessary, but I'll live. Finally Fallout 4 wasn't just a bad Fallout game, it was a bad game period. It has a fun world to wander and it's a total power trip. That's why people like Fallout 4, but it's problems are
Far Cry to me is more about stealth and survival, at least in the early stages. Far Cry 5 gave you a blunt weapon instead of a machete which was less satisfying, and no jungle cover. It was better for gunplay, and worse for stealth. When I see it for what it is instead of as a Far Cry game, I enjoy it a lot more. The setting is gorgeous, the
Far Cry 5 is known for having those strange multicore performance shenanigans. Check this out ( source ) and also this . It's like the game doesn't really "like" HTT/SMT and in result - 4c/4t beats 4c/8t which is a bit disappointing for a game released in 2018.
